Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us. 

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your purchase details and order number.

Your package will be dispatched the following day after placing the order and shipped to you within 3-7 business days depending on the shipping location.

During collection launches or high demand periods(SALE), processing may require additional time. 

The courier will try to deliver your order three times before it is automatically canceled. Ensure you are reachable and available to receive the order during these attempts. Any postponement, address change, or failure to pick up the order will count as an attempt.

Shipping fees for orders outside Cairo must be paid in advance so we can proceed with shipping your order.
