Return and Refund
At Sorelle , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To ensure a positive experience, we have established the following policy regarding order trials, refunds, and exchanges:
Order Trial
- Customers have the opportunity to check their order while the courier is present at the time of delivery.
-Please inspect your items and ensure they meet your expectations before the courier leaves.
-Each order may include a maximum of four pieces. If your order contains more than four pieces, it will be sent in separate shipments. Each shipment will have its own delivery charge, as shipping fees apply per delivery.
Refund Policy
We allow refunds only while the courier is present.
Once the order is received and accepted, we do not offer refunds.
Refund Method &Processing Time
Approved refund due to a manufacturing defect takes 3 to 7 working days, from the day the garment is received at the warehouse. It will be issued using the same payment method used to place the order.
Please note that refunds made to credit cards or Visa cards may take 7 to10 working days to appear in your account, depending on the bank’s processing time.
Exchange Policy
- If you find that your order does not meet your expectations after delivery, you may request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- To qualify for an exchange, items must be unused and in their original condition with all packaging intact.
Once we receive your request, please allow us 5 working days for processing.
Delivery Attempts
The courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts if you are unavailable at the first visit.
Important Notes
-We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if the returned item does not meet our return conditions.
-Exchanges are issued within 7 to 10 working days of the request approval date.
-Exchanges are subject to availability, if the desired item is unavailable, store credit will be issued valid for 6 months.
-The brand does not cover shipping fees for exchange requests unless it’s due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
-Each product is entitled to one exchange.
Accessories, Swimwear& Soiree Dresses are non refundable nor exchangeable for hygienic purposes.
How to Request an Exchange

2. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to exchange.
3. Follow the instructions provided by our team for returning the item and receiving your exchange.
Large Order Deposit Policy
For orders totaling 10,000 le or more, a 50% deposit is required to begin processing.
How it works:
1. Place your order as usual on our website.
2. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation code.
3. Our Customer Care Department will then contact you via message or phone call to provide details for Instapay transfer of the 50% deposit.
4. Your order will begin processing only after the deposit is received.
